"Pending" status withdraw

1. Check if your wallet has received the funds (sometime there is a glitch it says "pending" but the fund were withdrawn so make sure before sending an email to support to check your wallet.) 2. if you haven't received the funds RARE case contact us via email we will resolve it within 24 hours top.
